For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of any products that have been opened, used, or had their seal removed. These items are considered final sale.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was damaged or incorrect upon arrival.

All professional and wholesale (B2B) orders are considered final sale.
Returns or exchanges are not accepted unless an incorrect or damaged item was received.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at neaproducts.info@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue.
We will review your claim and, where applicable, arrange a replacement or store credit.

We recommend keeping your original packaging until you are sure you wish to keep your order.
